WHY USE AC100
Lifetime Durability with Unmatched Detail
AC730 is built for performance in even the most demanding environments. Its advanced formulation is shrinkage-compensated, which minimizes cracking and ensures a smooth, stable finish. With low permeability, it stands up to the elements, making it an excellent choice for exterior features like rainscreens, cladding, and even water features, where resistance to moisture and weathering is critical.
Unlike traditional Portland cement systems, AC730 has reduced free-lime content and lower alkalinity, which significantly minimizes the risk of efflorescence—so your finishes stay cleaner, brighter, and more refined over time.
Every batch includes decorative aggregates and high-quality pigments, blended to deliver a consistent, high-end surface once treated with an acid etch or proprietary surface cleaner.
For more advanced applications, AC730 can be modified to behave as a gel coat version, providing increased viscosity for added control and precision when hand-laminating or working in molds.
Whether you're working on architectural elements, outdoor installations, or high-traffic interior pieces, AC730 delivers exceptional performance, beautiful finishes, and long-term reliability.
Hybrid GRC Formulation
AC730 combines the aesthetic versatility of traditional concrete with the strength of glass-reinforced composites. The result? A lightweight, high-strength material that outperforms traditional concrete in both form and function.
Fast Setting – Faster Turnaround, Lower Costs
AC730 sets fast—allowing de-molding in as little as 2 to 4 hours, depending on conditions. This rapid cure time means more casts per day, quicker project turnaround, and significant reductions in labor and production costs.
Ultra-Low Shrinkage
Say goodbye to cracking and distortion. AC730’s ultra-low shrinkage formulation ensures dimensional stability, allowing for precise molds and clean lines, even in large-scale or intricate designs.
High Impact Strength
AC730 is engineered to withstand serious wear and tear. Its high impact resistance makes it ideal for public-facing installations, high-traffic environments, and outdoor architectural features that need to stand up to daily use and environmental stress.
Extreme Weather Resistance
Built to perform in all climates, AC730 resists rain, snow, UV exposure, and freeze-thaw cycles. Whether you’re designing for desert heat or coastal humidity, you can count on AC730 to hold up season after season.
Customizable Finishes & Color
Match any style, replicate any surface. AC730 can be customized with pigments, aggregates, and textures to mimic natural stone, concrete, metal, and more—giving designers creative freedom without compromising durability.
Superior Tensile & Compression Performance
AC730 offers exceptional structural integrity with impressive tensile and compressive strength. It’s a high-performance material that delivers both the flexibility and durability required for modern construction challenges.
Class 1 Fire Rated
Safety meets performance. AC730 is classified as Class 1 standards (ASTM E84) making it non-combustible and suitable for use in applications where fire safety is a top priority.
Scalable Performance for Architectural Excellence
AC730 is the ideal solution for large-scale architectural applications where both aesthetic detail and structural performance matter. Whether you're producing panelized systems for high-rise facades or crafting decorative exterior elements like cornices, columns, or cladding, AC730 delivers outstanding versatility and strength in every cast.
Its compatibility with glass reinforcement makes it especially well-suited for larger formats, offering a lightweight alternative to traditional stone or precast concrete without compromising durability. From modern commercial buildings to classically inspired designs, AC730 offers the ability to scale up production while maintaining a high level of surface detail and visual consistency.
Cladding panels can be mounted using standard methods similar to those used with GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) or conventional precast systems. They can be securely fixed to most common substrates using mechanical fixings or structural adhesives, providing design flexibility while streamlining installation.
When your project demands a material that performs across form, function, and finish… AC730 is engineered to deliver. Ideal for architects, fabricators, and developers looking to combine creative freedom with practical performance at scale.
HOW ITS SUPPLIED
Jesmonite AC730 is a two-component system, comprised of a mineral-based powder (base) and a water-based acrylic liquid, designed to be mixed at a 5:1 ratio by weight (base to liquid).
To meet a wide range of project and procurement needs, AC730 is available in the following packaging formats:
Small Units
25kg buckets of Base
5kg containers of Liquid
Bulk Supply
1000kg sacks of Base

PRODUCTION METHODS THAT FIT YOUR PROCESS
Traditional Casting
The tried-and-true method. AC730’s smooth, pourable consistency makes it perfect for detailed molds and complex forms. Whether you’re making fine sculptures, ornamental elements, or architectural pieces, AC730 captures crisp detail and sets quickly, making production both efficient and precise.
Hand Troweling
Want full control over texture and form? Troweling AC730 gives you the ability to craft finishes directly by hand—perfect for custom surfaces, restoration work, and creative installations. Add depth, texture, and character with every sweep of the trowel. Great for brick veneers or replicating existing surfaces.
Spray Application
Cover more ground with less weight. Spray application allows you to build thin, strong layers of AC730 over large surfaces or intricate molds. It’s ideal for architectural panels, facade systems, and decorative cladding—reducing both material use and overall weight.
Roto Molding
Looking to create seamless, hollow forms? Rotational molding distributes AC730 evenly inside a spinning mold, resulting in durable, uniform wall thickness. It’s the perfect method for producing planters, lightweight furniture, or sculptural forms with structural integrity.
