WHY USE AC100
Lightweight Strength with Unmatched Detail
AC100 offers exceptional versatility in fabrication. Whether you’re casting a solid form or creating a lightweight, hollow-core structure using thin-shell lamination, this material delivers outstanding results. By incorporating Quadaxial Glass Mesh, you can significantly enhance impact resistance while keeping weight to a minimum, ideal for larger installations or pieces that need to be both durable and easy to handle.
This advanced reinforcement technique maximizes material efficiency without compromising strength or surface detail, making AC100 perfect for high-precision decorative elements, panels, sculptures, and more.
Whether you're an artist, designer, or fabricator, AC100 helps you achieve more: faster, cleaner, and smarter.
Customizable
AC100 can be modified with Jesmonite Pigments and additives to achieve a wide range of colors, finishes, and surface textures. Additives like metallic fillers and aggregates allow for tailoring to meet performance and appearance requirements.
Ultra Versatile
Whether you're aiming for a smooth, polished look or a design with intricate detail, AC100 delivers. It adapts easily to any form or finish, making it perfect for everything from clean, modern pieces to ornate, handcrafted textures.
Safe & Eco-Conscious
AC100 is water-based and solvent-free, making it a safer, more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional casting materials, without sacrificing quality or performance.
Fast Setting
Speed up your workflow with AC100’s rapid set time, ready in just 15–20 minutes. Ideal for high-efficiency production or time-sensitive projects. Ancillary products available to extend set time for more complex projects.
Built to Last
Once cured, AC100 offers exceptional durability and strength, giving your finished product long-term resilience and structural integrity, indoors or out.

PERFORMANCE & PRACTICALITY WITH AC100
Scalability & Installation
AC100 is a go-to solution for large-scale production. Whether you're manufacturing architectural panels or detailed decorative features, AC100 scales beautifully without compromising quality.
Installation is simple, AC100 elements can be secured to a wide range of surfaces using methods similar to traditional gypsum or glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) systems. It's a material that performs like concrete, but with far more versatility and less weight.
PRODUCTION METHODS THAT FIT YOUR PROCESS
AC100 gives you options. From small batch projects to architectural-scale fabrication, there’s a method that fits your process, your tools, and your creative vision.
Traditional Casting
The tried-and-true method. AC100’s smooth, pourable consistency makes it perfect for detailed molds and complex forms. Whether you’re making fine sculptures, ornamental elements, or wall panels. AC100 captures crisp detail and sets quickly—making production both efficient and precise.
Hand Troweling
Want full control over texture and form? Troweling gives you the ability to craft finishes directly by hand—perfect for custom surfaces, restoration work, and creative installations. Add depth, texture, and character with every sweep of the trowel.
Spray Application
Cover more ground with less weight. Spray application allows you to build thin, strong layers of AC100 over large surfaces or intricate molds. It’s ideal for panels and decorative shapes—reducing both material use and overall weight.
Roto Molding
Looking to create seamless, hollow forms? Rotational molding distributes evenly inside a spinning mold, resulting in durable, uniform wall thickness. It’s the perfect method for producing planters, lightweight furniture, or sculptural forms with structural integrity.
